I like Rolling Stone mag..really. Most of their articles are hard-hitting,factual, and very well written. However, the recent hit piece on Presidential hopeful Mechele Bachmann is typical of smears that do more to fog canadates than objectively present them--regardless of disagreements (Joan of Ark??--Please!!) The last time I checked Bachmann does not have the voice of St Michael speaking to her in her head.  There are many facts contained in the article about Bachmanns upbringing,  but sadly the smears roll on with words like "paranoid" and "delusions". Is it really a "delusion" to say" this country will go bankrupt if the out of controll spending continues'? or is it really "paranoid" to believe China's own official Xinhua News Agency editorialized in favor of a NEW global reserve currency? In favor of one replacing the dollar? Hmmm some interesting facts are they not? There is a plus side to this and it is this: The more coverage of Bachmann ( and Perry too for that matter) the more people will want to know about them and where they stand on important REAL issues facing America. This country is in real trouble. What is happening in Washington effects each and everyone of us. It does not matter if you are "right wing" or "left wing" Republican OR Democrat--the situation we are facing here in America effects the whole bird. That is the point. Oh and by the way there is one statement in the article I agree with---no question....Michele Bachmann is no joke.

I run a small buisness. I am no Donald Trump but I get by. Now just imagine the reaction I would get if I told my directors: "HEY- I have decided to run this buisness without a budget"!! I would be laughed out the #@% room!! However, this is excactly what this current administration is asking us to accept! I applaud Eric Cantor for his stand. At least the GOP have a PLAN--the Democrats hav'nt got a CLUE!!!All we hear from them is just raise the dept ceiling--and WHAT? continue the insane out of controll spending that is bankrupting this nation? You would think after the results of last years mid-term elections Capitol hill would get the meassage. The "shallacking" came for a REASON! If Americans wanted to continue in the disasterous direction the Democrats were taking this nation they would have voted so. The fact is they did NOT! Sadly, It is more than clear that Washington is still not listening. August 2nd is right arround the corner and these jokers are circling the wagons around the pork berrel. The problem is the pork berrel is falling into a huge SINKHOLE caused by the out of controll spending! This economy is in trouble...big time. At Townhall meetings and Tea Party rallies from coast to coast everyday American have voiced their consern about the spending problem (Ronald Reagan is proved right...again!!)These conserns largly fell on deaf ears and the result was the SHELLACKING at the ballot box. Well, It is clear that many Democrats in Washington are still not listining---perhap we need to send another meassage in 2012.

Mudslinging and shameful tactics such as what the NAACP is using agenst the TEA party is unbecoming in any election, but when the President of the United States uses such trash talk---WHAT does that tell you of his character--and the character of his party? This is presicely what happened at a campagn stop in Philidelphia. President Barack Obama said during a rally speech that the GOP was counting on union members "staying home", young people "staying home" and (here's the kicker) young black folk "staying home". Did you catch the last part? WHERE are the journalists? WHERE is " the most trusted name in the news?? perhaps true journalism IS dead. With all due respect -Mr President I do believe that the GOP is counting on EVERYONE to get out there and VOTE!!! I hate racism-I really do. As a Christian I believe there is no room for it where Gods love reigns. That is why I see conduct like this as just showing how desparate the Democrats really are.  In poll after poll the numbers speak for themselves and the very actions of this Democratic party controlled congress and white house are the evidence of their distain to the American people!! Over 60% of Americans DID NOT want Obamacare and yet they saw fit to RAM it thru. House speaker Nancy Pelosi even said that it will pass "no matter what". Now the Democrats are in deep DO-DO of their own making. What gives me hope is that wise voters see thru the "junk" and will VOTE accordingly--on the ISSUES-also to save this nation from the economic cliff we are approching under Democratic leadership. A lesson of WE the PEOPLE! is coming up---class is in session---November 2d!!......CLEAN HOUSE 2010!!!!

In a few weeks the elections will be here. I wonder how many still do not realize that they are now living in a very differant United States of America. Because of Obamacare..(crafted behind closed doors by Harry Ried/ Nancy Pelosi..INC) with its unconstitutional indavidual mandate we DO NOT have an indavidual choice in our health care. When..WHEN is it is the federal governments job to DICTATE us to buy ANYTHING???We are over 13 TRILLION in National dept and the Democrats want us to vote for the very ones who would continue to drive this train towards the grand canyon now looming before us. Apparently the loss of our Constitutional rights and the bankrupting of our Nations economy sits well  with them.What direction will this nation be steered to this November?We really have two choices. On one side is the Common sense TEA party conservative that wants SMALL govenment and MORE responsibilty--on the other is the "progressive" mad pell-mell tax and spend looming grand canyon DISASTER. I-for one say that ANY loss of our Constitutional freedom is unacceptable. As far as the spending is conserned --what happens to a building when a sinkhole forms under it??You get the picture. Yes, November will be here before we know it---which direction will we go?

Many will remember-quite well-were they were the morning of September 11, 2001. I was at work when a co-worker rushed in and said: "we are under attack"!  "It is just like Pearl Harbor"! I rushed home, turned on the T.Vand then saw the second tower fall. Over 3000 innocent American lives...gone. I thought Oh God...WHY? I soon got my answer. Like the attacks at Pearl Harbor in 1941 the islamic terror attacks on 9/11 were carefully crafted and carried out..why? We are a free nation...there are those who do not wish us to be free. it is as simple as that.This Saturday will be the 9th anniversary of the attacks and in all of the talk surrounding ground zero there is hardly a peep about the families of those who lost their lives. What I would like to know is if this building is for "peace" then WHY did this imam refuse the land offer made by the Govenor of New York? Also why has this imam not discose the fact that muslum teaching instructs a mosque to be built on sites of muslum "conquest"???Right after the attack on Pearl Harbor many on the Japanese ships were celebrating. After after the attacks on 9/11 many in muslum countrys were celebrating. There was one japanese admarial, however, that was not smiling after Pearl Harbor. He is credited with these words: "I fear that all we have done today is to awaken a sleeping gaint--and filled him with a terrible resolve". I hear a rumbling in the hills.......... a rumbling that says...the giant is awake ..again!!!

Sooo former White House correspondent Helen Thomas thinks the Jews should "go home" to "get the hell out of Palestine".When pressed on to where "home' may be she said "to Germany, Poland"  Do I take that to mean going back  to Auschwitz?? or Bergen Belsen??It is all to tragic that after all these years after World War 2 that such toxic thinking still exists. Well, I have a newsflash for Ms Thomas--They ARE home!!As a matter of fact according to Genesis15:18 the entire modern nation of Israel is on only a part of the land given to them by an unbreakable everlasting covenant. Ever since the modern nation of Israel came into being there have been attacks in one form or the other. This so called "freedom" flotilla was sponsored by Turkey and was full of activists with known ties to terror groups. If this was a "humanitarian" mission then WHY did they refuse an Israeli offer to be excorted to an Israeli port to have the "goods" inspected? When an Israeli boarding party came aboard to ispect what was on the 'freedom'ship they were brutally attacked with knives and steel pipes.  This blockade is about protecting Israel and keeping arms away from the terror group Hamas  (the blockade also maintained by Egypt I may add) Over 4,000 missles have been fired into Israel at civilians from Hamas--WHERE is the worlds outcry on THAT??? What about the fact that Israel sends into Gaza over 10,000 TONS of food,medicine, and other humanitarian aid EACH WEEK?? Israel is fighting for its very existance. The very ones who have eyes on the middle east have plans worldwide (hello Iran). I wonder if Helen Thomas would write about that??

First of all I am NOT a huge fan of the program "south park". I think the show is vulgar,rude , and in very poor taste (of course this is just my opinion among many!!)I most cirtainly have my disagreements with the Barack Obama administration but I try to be respectful of others even though I my disagree with them on political issues or faith issues. The sad part about what has happened with the show is now are we going to be afraid to voice differences on issues of faith because of those who are intolerant of other veiws? As a Christian I have my views of my faith and as long as I live in a FREE United States of America I will  express my faith in Jesus Christ as LORD  without fear!!!Following the 9/11 attacks there were a LOT of reporting on the attacks, who and why.To issue threats to do harm is wrong NO matter what religion you hold to.I do a lot of research into the Holocaust and the road that started not so long ago started real small--then GREW!!I do not condone at all what south park has been doing with their show. I can name a LOT of what is going wrong in this country!! I can also name a LOT of what is GOOD happening. The point is with freedom you have a mixed bag. You have the good,bad, and the ugly. During this election year I can assure you that things will get ugly indeed but I will save that to post on later. The bottom line here is with freedom you have good and bad opinions---even in "south park".

Very articulate...I gotta admit. He paints a real pretty picture in making his sales pitch. The trouble is you can paint pretty colors on a rotten egg shell but the egg is still rotten inside. I do remember Barack Obama talking at one time about putting "lipstick on a pig" --it is still a pig.  That is the problem with Obamacare---it is rotten to the core. Over 50% of Americans do not want this "reform" and yet  it is being rammed thru regardless. What ever happed to "we the people"???It is becoming increasingly clear that many in Washington could not care less what the American people want or what is truly good for this country. The taxes and regulations alone in this "reform" increases an already TO BIG government and targets private insurance to the point of driving them out of buisness. Hmmmmm I wonder who will take over if that happens?? It does not help the situation when the "news" media buys into the pretty picture of Obamacare and not tell us of the stink inside!! Thank God we have infomation available that sheds light on what is happening. Americans are not as dumb as many in Washington think. The elections in Virginia, New Jersey, and Massechusetts are proof that "WE the PEOPLE" are not buying the direction the Democrats are tring to stear this nation. Yet, the Democrats are acting as if the elections in November do not make a difference. If they are indeed thinking that way---another round of education is coming.         Save America! Clean House 2010!!!!!

Someone tell Al Gore that it is snowing. Oh...I am sure he can receive a phone call from  his private jet he flies all around burning up all that fossil fuel. I wonder if all the folks coming back from the big United Nations Global warming gig are watching the record breaking cold news? The artic blast has kept its grip on the south and cold records have been shattered all over the southern United States. My heart really goes out to those in Florida because they depend on their orange and grapefruit crops. I am pretty sure those who are buying into the man-made global warming talk will somehow think of someway WE-mankind  have caused this by our industry.(what about the warming on Mars?? is that man made by industry? Hmmmm??) I am also sure of those who have come back from Copenhagen will try again soon to shackle the industrial nations to "save" the planet.  It really causes me to wonder what is the real motivation behind this. If so many nations are so hyped up to save the planet you would think they would be pouring resources into proven efforts that work--like agriculture and food technology. I wonder how many flew to Copenhagen using fossil fueled jets? Well, I can go on with this but my microwave just tinged. I am gonna enjoy my cup of hot cocoa and watch the Weather Channel. I wonder if Al Gore can see it on his jet???

I find it amazing that with all the talk going around about bringing peace to the middle east--the real amswer for true peace is not mentioned hardly at all. Here is another fact: He was born there!!! " But yiu, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall come forth to Me the One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from old, from everlasting" Micah 5:2.                                      This world is in trouble. I do not have to go into much detail on that. However, I am a firm believer in the true hope that God gave for all of humanity. The problem for many(me included) is that many times we look more at our troubles than we look up. When Jesus was born that Holy night long ago--he was born for all of us! I disagree with Barack Obama...on several important issues. I also think it was very wrong for Kanye West to swipe the microphone away from Taylor Swift on the VMA.Does that make me a racist? Oh and by the way I do disagree with Whoopi Goldberg's "view" of Glenn Beck. Now, does that make me a racist? No , course not!! so why are so many especially in the "news" just love to play the race card??It is truly a very sad state of affairs when so many seem to cannot debate the issues with facts and resort to playing the race card. The evening "news' has turned into the Jimmy Carter show and when Joe Wilson correctly yells out "you lie"... he gets slammed. How come when George Bush was hammered day by day in  congress and in the press there no talk of calling anyone  "out of line"??Hmmmmmm When the congressional budget office came out with the numbers of how much Obammacare would cost--those were FACTS!!!when People state wording at townhall meetings that come directly from this bill--those are FACTS!! When I say that this bill will add over 200 million to an already VERY bad national dept--I am stating a proven FACT!! I want to recommend everyone to read Chuck Norris's article on Obammacare--he uncovers several more "dirty little secrets". It is time to grow up--and the time is now. This nation is facing a future and wise decicions must be made--on facts...not race.Now, if you excuse me Iam going to listen to my Mills Brothers collection.

People are quoting numbers from the congressional budget office,doctors are speaking out agenst it-big time as well as many at the townhall meetings, and then there's the fact that this plan will add over 230 BILLION dollars to the already ballooning national deficit. These are not "scare tactics" like Barack Obama has said. These are very real Americans at the townhall meetings who are voicing very real concerns about very real FACTS. If there are any "blue dog" democrats reading this--please continue...the following may startle you. We are more in agreement than many of you may realize. Because you "blue dogs" know as well as we do that we all agree we need real health care reform. The thing is how do we go about to get it done???Do we go about it in a nation healthy matter that can truly give reform or doe this nation continues to go pell-mell down the big government spending track to the economic train wreck at the end???Where will be the future then??There are many ideas that have been offered-Rebublican/democratic and independant.Ideas that are workable that will reduce spending and does not include a "Big Govenment" takeover of the health system. One such idea comes from Sen richard Burr and Tom Coburn. This plan provides refundable tax credits to help uninsured people purchase privite policies and assist those who already have insurance to pay for the stuff their polices don't cover--that sounds good to me. Soon congress will be back. You have heard America at the TEA parties and at the townhalls---ENOUGH BIG TAXES and BIG GOVERNMENT!! Let's stop this approaching economic train wreck now before it is too late.

There is one principle of proven leadership that sooo many in todays political correct climate just do not "get".That principle is: keep on walking--the howling storms may blow but keep walking strieght"  Sarah Palin is taking those steps. The former Govenor is on rock solid ground as the whole world is watching her next step. Anyone can just sit down and calmy watch this country slip even further into a  canyon of dept, spending, and govenment control but many are standing up!!!!The "news" media just covers what they want to cover but just look behind the scenes and you will see an awakening America rising. The courage comes when people stand up with common sense(thank you Thomas paine/Glenn Beck) get involved and the politicians get an education. It is fitting that Sarah Palin will be speaking at the Ronald Reagan center on August 8. Because it is the solid rock principles we must come back to  still work.I know the whole world will be watching. I know I will be listening.

There is no doupt many questions buzzing around the sirprise decision reciently made by Alaska Gov Sarah Palin. There are many in the media (as expected) that are pouncing on this like a pack of wolves. Well, One thing I know the Alaskan Gov is most cirtainly not afraid of are wolves--both the four legged type and the two legged type. There are many who are dancing in the streets because of this.Many in the political arena are wondering...what is next? To those in that arena I say: Do not count this lady out.!! It is foolish thinking indeed to write someone off very quickly as the "lame" stream media is doing with Sarah Palin. It is equally foolish to underestimate an indavidual who has already proven to have the internal strenth to "take on" challenges and win--do not forget she is a soccer--MOM. Hmmm who was it that had the idea of a missle defense system and the press ridiculed it as "Sar Wars" --and yet it helped bring down the communist Soviet Union??OH Yes! it was Ronald Reagan!The sorry excuse we have for "news" reporting today shoots first and asks the questions later.You tend to eat your words when you do that and I gotta feeling the press will soon be in need of a fork and spoon. This lady is a fighter.What she is doing takes great courage and she has shown more "true grit" than many who are drawing a Gov paycheck doing nothing but following their party line. The conservative principles she believes in are ROCK solid and transend ANY political party. So--what is next? I do not know what steps Gov Palin will take next. I do know that whatever she does all of America will be watching.

The morning of June 10 appeared just like a normal morning at the US Holocaust Museum in Washington DC. Tragically, It would not be the case. A gunman walked in the museum raised his weapon at a security guard and opened fire. Before this was over a security  guard was dead and the crazed gunmen himself was in critical condition by return fire from other security guards. There was, however great courage displayed as museum workers rushed people to saftey. As it turned out the assailent, believed in white supramicy, had a history of denying the holocaust, and maintained an anti-semitic website. This is truly madness. There is a loving God is heaven who has created  all the races on this earth in his image- equal---both male and female. To think that one race is somehow superior to another is nuts.Equally efforts to change what clearly God has clearly designed is also crazy.   So many will look at this tragic event and wonder what the would is coming to. I am,however, choosing to see the heroic efforts of those who are tring to save lives- like the workers who rushed  people to saftey. They deserve to be reconised --and pronto. It could be so easy to see this and to  think negative--this must not be. The madman who did this will answer for his actions-here on earth and before God-who is the rightful judge. What we must do is compassionatly educate those who think wrong AND do all we can to humanly  help such truthful efforts in the right spirit.The US Holocaust museum is a example of doing just that.
